GINO'S CONCRETEINC · LITTLETON, CO
Concrete contractor · Littleton & Denver

Built fromthe groundup.

Driveways, patios, porches, steps and garage slabs. Prepped like they have to last, because they do — and finished by the man whose name is on the truck.

The surface is the last thing we do.

Everything that makes it last goes in first.

A compact track loader breaking out an old concrete slab
A crew member wetting a compacted gravel base inside wooden forms
A rebar grid tied inside driveway forms, ready for the pour
Concrete from a mixer truck being wheeled into the driveway forms
A finisher kneeling beside a freshly poured curved sidewalk
The same driveway finished, with clean saw-cut joints
01 — Tear-out

Out with the old.

Cracked, sunken concrete comes out. All of it, down to the dirt. Nothing new gets poured over an old problem.

“…a 26 year old builder's driveway that was literally falling apart, cracking and settling several inches in places.”Gary · driveway & walkway
02 — Base

The part nobody sees.

Road base goes in, then gets compacted until it stops moving. It takes longer. That is the point.

“They spent days compacting the ground that the concrete would be poured on to, and that has seemed to make a huge difference because we have not had a crack yet.”Christopher D. · large driveway
03 — Steel

Steel inside.

Rebar and mesh are set and tied before a single truck shows up.

“…bringing in tons of road base and compacting that into a solid foundation, then installing rebar 18" on center is first class.”Gary · driveway & walkway
04 — Pour

Pour day.

The owner is on the job — not a salesman who drops by at the end.

“He was on site from start to finish which is really nice knowing the owner is there.”Zach O. · driveway & garage pad
05 — Finish

Finished by hand.

Edges, joints and surface get worked until they are right. However long that takes.

“He stayed until 9 pm with a headlamp on the day of the pour to ensure every finish was expertly done.”Todd B. · porch & steps, Denver
06 — Surface

Then you drive on it.

Clean lines, tight joints, water running away from the house. For years.

“I really like the saw cut joints and overall high-end look of their work.”Christopher D. · large driveway
